Coggins and any other vaccinations available upon request only and may cost extra! Please note coggins may take up to three weeks or more to receive, due to the fact that we live in the sticks! Delivery is also going to cost extra! We also require half of the purchase price up front, which is a non-refundable deposit , the rest will be due upon pickup. Deposit May be negotiable, but I think that this is fair. I'm changing this deposit policy due to customers backing out at last minute, even with a $100 deposit per horse. Thank you for your understanding cooperation.


All mares listed below are good broodmares, unless otherwise stated! The only reason I'm selling them is because I'm keeping back some fillies, and don't have room for all of them! We do offer packaged deals as well. Also check out our 2009 foals, as they will be ready in the fall!

Leaning Oaks Priceles Jewel filly foaled 4/20/2006 about 33.5" tall as of 8/1/07 should mature about 35" Asking $400 OBO for her. She will make a great pet or broodmare. Kind of a red roan pinto. She was pasture bred to Half Pint Avitar for a 2009 foal! Now has a sorrel pinto stallion on her side.

Good broodmare, but not much of a pet. She has been very timid since I got her, and I don't expect that she will change! She does produce babies, and would be fine to just kick out for a broodmare.
